Dr. Barnes and her team are absolutely amazing. I live in FL and wish they had a practice here too! Going to the dentist is scary and often the outcome is unknown. This entire team is so passionate and knowledgeable at what they do. They are up front about all costs and make sure you are more than comfortable the entire time. Best dental experience I've ever had!! I would recommend friends and family!!
I USED to hate the dentist and put off going at all costs. I had to go yesterday and was lucky enough to hear about Dr. Barnes and Elegant Dentistry. I was not a client and called in with a minor dental emergency. From the initial phone call, I was treated like gold and immediately worked into their full schedule. After a quick look it was explained that some work would need to be done to repair one of my teeth. Dr. Barnes and her staff offered to stay after hours to fix the tooth immediately since I was already there. I hesitated, given I was nervous and began to recall my past dental experiences. Dr. Barnes and her staff put me at ease and I agreed. What a great decision...the entire process was painless and comfortable. Every person I came in contact with, from the initial phone call through payment was professional, caring, and inviting. I have already scheduled my next appointment and cannot say enough great things about this place. It doesn't matter if you live near or far...if you need a dentist, this is where you need to go. All the staff at Elegant Dentistry are super! They make you feel special and important with their friendly and attentive service. They've done a great job educating me on my dental health and encouraging good habits. They are very direct and clear with costs and working to the goal of being healthy! I would recommend these folks to anyone I know ;)
I have seen Dr. Barnes for about 8 years. She was in a different practice prior. I loved having her as a dentist there so when she was no longer with the other practice, I looked her up and followed her. She is caring, thorough and takes the time to answer any questions. I am so glad I found her. After years of dreading going to the dentist, I have found one who I love seeing at least twice a year :) my 4 year old also goes to her practice and loves Dr. Barnes.
